Welcome to Cherry Class and the exciting start to your child's time at Booth Wood Primary School.

This term the children have become very interested in the changes they can see in our woodland and we have been enjoying exploring colour and pattern during our Forest School sessions.  In the classroom we are enjoying reading books by the author Julia Donaldson listening carefully to the rhyming texts.

Some things we have been enjoying this term.

We have PE With our Sports Coach Mr Wolfe on Monday mornings (half the class attend Forest school, half attend PE). Please ensure your child has suitable,  named indoor and outdoor PE kit in school.

Forest School

Forest school is an inspirational process that offers everybody the opportunity to achieve and develop confidence and self esteem through hands on learning experiences in our on-site woodland. Our Forest School sessions are on Monday mornings.
