Safer Internet Day 2020

Updated: May 19

Safer Internet Day is designed to empower young people to take control of their digital lives. For 2020 the focus is on online identity and asking young people to consider whether they and their peers are truly free to be themselves online.

We will be holding two assemblies on the day, one for KS1 and the other for KS2. We will be discussing how we can be ourselves online in a safe manner and respect others whilst accessing the online world. As well as this, we will be partaking in various activities throughout the day to help our pupils to develop a greater understanding of the various steps they can do to make sure they are a safe, respectful and understanding online user.
